At RUK we understand client expectations are continuously evolving. Our approach to training is layered and it is this approach that differentiates RUK from other reception and concierge services.
All RUK employees undergo customary reception training which coaches individuals on the fundamentals of being an impeccable receptionist as well as the RUK ethos and values.
RUK understand that every business is different and believe that our training should reflect this. Site specific training ensures each of our client’s and their building requirements are satisfied. By taking time to individually train staff on each site it ensures that they are optimally capable and skilled to reach the anticipated expectations.
RUK employees are subject to a 6 month training analysis which evaluates any additional training needs and any areas of improvement. From the result of this analysis an individual training matrix is created to ensure all RUK staff reach their full potential.
