RUK was established in 2013 as a direct result of client feedback which clearly emphasised the need for a front of house service tailored to the evolving requirements of the UK’s property sector. There was a growing need for a company to bridge the gap between security and customer service. It was understood that staff had to think in terms of both tenant safety and security but also their customer experience.
The commercial property sector is a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Buildings change ownership, undergo refurbishments, tenants come and go and operating cultures evolve. A great front of house solution must be adaptable, attentive and capable of meeting all requirements and user needs.
