Last week we held our first RUK Service Excellence Awards, celebrating the great successes and achievements of our staff and RUK in 2018. The event brought together employees, clients and managers for an evening of celebration. The night kicked off with an overview of 2018 by the Head of RUK, Natalie Moran. She highlighted RUK’s growth throughout the year and the promotion of two homegrown receptionists, who have now become RUK contract managers.
The focal point of our night were the Awards themselves. Our CEO Michelle Smith had the important job of announcing our RUK Service Excellence Awards winners.
Outstanding Performer of the year: Sunny
Team of the Year: Evelina and Castelle
Above and beyond award: Charlotte
Before the event clients were given the opportunity to nominate employees they wanted recognised. Individuals, teams and their stories were then presented anonymously to GUK senior management who voted for the winners.
After the awards ceremony the festivities continued as everyone enjoyed the venue and entertainment.
Thank you to everyone that came to support us and a huge well done to our winners and every one nominated. We cannot wait to see what the event holds for RUK next year.
